Description
The LCN 4040XP-79ELR 633 is a heavy-duty institutional door closer built for high-traffic and demanding applications. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, the strongest pinion ever at 3/4" journal diameter, and a new V-shield seal with 20% longer life. Cast iron body with double heat-treated steel pinion and non-handed design for maximum flexibility.
This closer fits interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", and mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors. UL and cUL listed per ANSI A156.4 grade one. Optional powder coat, plated finishes, and SRI primer for corrosive environments are available.
