Description
The Falcon MA301 mortise lock is a high-performance commercial locking solution for office, hospital, education, and institutional facilities. It delivers dependable security and durability for doors experiencing constant use, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt with 3/4" projection and a 1" deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers. The interchangeable core design allows fast re-keying without lock removal.
The MA301 accommodates door thickness from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a 2-3/4" backset and meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 and UL 3-hour A label requirements.
