The Falcon MA381B is a heavy-duty mortise lock engineered for commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. It combines security with reliability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt, a 1-inch throw dead bolt with saw-resistant rollers, and an interchangeable core for quick re-keying. Built to withstand constant use without fail.
This right-hand mortise lock fits standard door thicknesses of 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a 2-3/4" backset and meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 standards with a 3-hour UL label.
