Description
The Falcon MA381B is a commercial mortise lock engineered for high-traffic office, hospital, and education environments. This durable ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 lock combines a mechanical anti-friction latch, 1-inch throw deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers, and an interchangeable core (SFIC) for fast re-keying without removing the lock body.
The MA381B accommodates standard door thickness (1-3/8" to 2-1/2") with a 2-3/4" backset and 3/4" latch projection. It features cold-formed steel construction, brass or stainless steel faceplates and strike, and reversible field handing.
