The Falcon MA381P is a heavy-duty mortise lock designed for commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. It combines security with durability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt, one-inch throw deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers, and cold-formed steel construction to withstand constant use without failure.
This left-hand lock accommodates door thickness from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a 2-3/4" backset and includes an interchangeable core for easy re-keying. It meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 and carries a UL 3-hour A label.
