The Falcon MA521B is a commercial mortise lock engineered for high-traffic office, hospital, and education environments. This ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 lock combines tough dependability with affordability, featuring a mechanical anti-friction latch bolt, 1-inch throw deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers, and cold-formed steel construction built to withstand constant daily use without failure.
The MA521B accommodates door thicknesses from 1-3/8 to 2-1/2 inches with a 2-3/4-inch backset and includes an interchangeable core (SFIC) for quick field re-keying. Standard cylinders offer 5, 6, or 7-pin options with two nickel silver keys included.
