The Sargent 80 Series MD8606J is a rim-mounted exit device engineered for commercial and institutional facilities demanding Grade 1 security and durability. Designed for metal doors 1.75 inches or thicker, it combines modular construction with minimal moving parts to deliver maintenance-free operation and reliable egress control that exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards.
This RHR (right-hand reverse) unit fits door widths 37 to 42 inches and mounts with a pushbar at 41 inches AFF.
