The Sargent 80 Series MD8615J is a heavy-duty rim exit device engineered for metal doors in high-security facilities. Built to exceed ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, this left-hand reverse (LHR) device combines modular construction with minimal moving parts for maintenance-free operation and lasting durability in demanding environments.
This model fits doors 37-42" wide using the J rail configuration and mounts to 1-3/4" minimum thickness metal doors. Compatible with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes (panic and fire-rated).
