The Yale 8800 Series MOR8808FL is a heavy-duty mortise lock trim pack engineered for demanding commercial applications requiring maximum strength and reliability. This ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified lock features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt and vandal-resistant trim, ideal for high-traffic doors in offices, retail, and institutional settings where security and durability are non-negotiable.
Installation is straightforward with quick lever handing, field-reversible latchbolt, and standard nonhanded strike. The lock accommodates doors from 1-3/4" to 3-1/4" thick and includes a 6-pin keyed cylinder with two keys.
