The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock trim pack is engineered for commercial doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. Featuring a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, and UL/cUL fire-rating up to 3 hours, this lock handles high-traffic entrances, office buildings, and institutional applications where reliability is non-negotiable.
This trim pack fits standard 1-3/4" doors with a 2-3/4" backset and includes field-reversible handing for flexible installation.
