The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified security for commercial doors. Engineered with a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt and heavy-duty, vandal-resistant trim, this lock handles high-traffic applications where strength and durability matter. Quick lever handing and field-reversible design simplify installation on standard 1-3/4" doors.
This lock features a 6-pin brass cylinder, 3/4" stainless steel latchbolt throw, and comes keyed with two keys. It is UL/cUL fire rated up to 3 hours and windstorm certified. An authorized E.D.
