The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock delivers commercial-grade security for interior and exterior doors in offices, schools, and institutional buildings. Its reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, field-reversible design, and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certification provide uncompromising strength and durability while simplifying installation with quick lever handing and standard nonhanded strike compatibility.
This lock fits standard 1-3/4" doors and accommodates thicker doors up to 3-1/4" by special order. The 6-pin cylinder comes keyed random with two keys; 7-pin upgrades are available.
