The Von Duprin QEL35ANL-OP 3 313 is a UL-listed rim exit device designed for single and double doors with mullions. Built to ANSI A156.3-2014 Grade 1 standards, this panic hardware provides reliable emergency egress for commercial facilities, schools, hospitals and high-traffic buildings where code-compliant exit control is essential.
The 35A model features a smooth mechanism case and installs on standard door frames (39 13/16" centerline from floor). Rim devices are non-handed unless the signal switch option is selected.
