Description
The Securitron SAM is a concealed electromagnetic maglock rated at 1,200 lbs holding force, designed for traffic control and medium security applications. Its shear aligning design solves challenging door control situations on single doors or paired doors, working with sliding, in-swing, out-swing, or swing-through configurations on wood, steel, aluminum, or Herculite doors.
The SAM mounts fully concealed at the header, door edge, or threshold and is fully sealed for weatherproof indoor and outdoor use. It features automatic dual-voltage operation, instant release with no residual magnetism, low power consumption (320 mA at 12 VDC, 170 mA at 24 VDC), and rust-resistant plated ferrous surfaces.
