The Falcon SC71A is a heavy-duty surface door closer designed for busy commercial and institutional environments including schools, retail, restaurants, offices and apartment complexes. Its single-piece cast aluminum body, heat-treated forged steel piston and double heat-treated pinion deliver reliability and easy maintenance for interior or exterior doors that demand consistent performance.
This closer features non-handed universal design for left or right swinging doors, adjustable spring sizes 1-6, and separate controls for general speed, latch speed and backcheck. UL listed, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified, and ADA compliant with a 10-year warranty.
