Its single-piece cast aluminum body, heat-treated forged steel piston, and double heat-treated pinion deliver reliable performance in schools, offices, retail shops, restaurants, and apartment complexes on interior or exterior doors.
This non-handed closer installs on left or right swinging doors with adjustable general speed, latch speed, and backcheck controls. UL listed and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified, it meets ADA accessibility standards and carries a 10-year warranty.
