Description
The Falcon SC81A RWPA BR is a medium-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for light to medium-duty applications in schools, retail, restaurants and office buildings. Its non-handed design and adjustable spring sizes (1-6) provide ADA compliance and flexible installation on interior or exterior side doors, closets and bathrooms without slamming.
This closer features tri-mount capability (hinge side, top jamb or parallel arm) and separate adjustable controls for general speed, latch speed and back check. Compatible with RW/PA or HW/PA arms, the SC81A meets ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 standards and includes a 10-year warranty.
