The Falcon T381BD Q 613 is an extra heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lock built for high-traffic institutional and commercial applications where durability matters. Designed to exceed ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 requirements, it features a compression spring mechanism and brass or zinc-plated steel construction for reliable performance in demanding environments.
This lock accepts any manufacturer's cylinder and allows quick re-keying without removal from the door, simplifying retrofits and updates. Standard 2-3/4" backset fits most door preparations; 2-3/8" backset and 5" backset options are available.
