The Falcon T501BD is an extra heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lock engineered for high-traffic and demanding institutional applications. Built with compression springs that exceed ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, this lock combines durability with affordability for schools, hospitals, offices, and government buildings where security and reliability matter.
Standard for 1-3/4" to 2-1/8" doors with 2-3/4" backset; adapters and alternatives available. The removable cylinder design simplifies rekeying and retrofitting. Brass and stainless steel construction resists corrosion.
