Description
The Falcon T581BD is an extra heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lock engineered for high-traffic and high-abuse institutional applications. It accepts manufacturer cylinders and features removable cylinders for quick re-keying, making retrofits simple. Compression spring construction exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 testing requirements, delivering durability and reliability at a solid price point.
Standard door thickness accommodation is 1-3/4" to 2-1/8", with adapter kits available for thinner doors. The lock ships non-handed with 6-pin cylinders pinned in 5 (6-pin pinning available at no cost), brass or steel construction with zinc plating and stainless steel springs.
