The Falcon TP60C S 625 is a mortise lock engineered for high-traffic commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. This dependable MA Series lock combines security with durability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt and a 1-inch dead bolt with saw-resistant rollers. It's built to withstand constant use without compromising performance.
This mortise lock accommodates door thicknesses from 1-3/8 inch to 2-1/2 inch with a 2-3/4 inch backset and features an interchangeable core for quick re-keying, compatible with SFIC cylinders from other manufacturers. Meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 and carries a 3-hour UL A label.
