The Yale 8864FL mortise lock is a heavy-duty Grade 1 commercial locking solution designed for high-security applications in offices, hospitals, schools, and institutional buildings. It features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant trim, and field-reversible handing to simplify installation and reduce costs for facility managers and contractors.
This lock fits standard 1-3/4" doors and installs into mortise cutouts on wood or metal frames. It comes keyed random with two keys and is available in 17 finishes to match your interior.
