Description
The Sargent 6500 Series is a standard duty key-in-lever lock engineered for interior and passage doors. It exceeds ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 requirements and fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick. Universal hand design works on any door, making it ideal for multi-unit buildings and commercial installations where consistent hardware simplifies stock management.
This lock is pre-configured with a 2-3/4" backset (2-3/8" optional), brass 6-pin cylinder with LA keyway, and ships with two nickel silver keys. Available finishes include bright brass, satin stainless, and statuary bronze.
