Description
The Sargent 6500 Series 28-65G04 KP 4 is a Grade 2 key-in-lever lock built for standard-duty commercial and institutional applications. It meets ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 requirements and fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick, making it ideal for offices, schools, and facilities requiring reliable keyed access control.
This lock installs in standard ANSI A115.2 (161) modified bore preparations with a 2-3/4" backset (2-3/8" optional). Available in six finishes including stainless steel and brass, it comes with a 600 Curved Lip strike, universal hand orientation, and two nickel silver keys.
