The Sargent 6500 Series is a standard-duty key-in-lever lock engineered for commercial and institutional doors. It exceeds ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 requirements, making it ideal for moderate-traffic entries where reliable keyed access and security are essential. Universal hand design fits left or right applications.
Compatible with 1-3/8" to 1-7/4" thick doors, this lock features a brass 1/2" throw latch, 6-pin cylinder with LA keyway standard, and choice of strike styles (600 Curved Lip, 808 ANSI, or 505 Full Lip).
