The Sargent 28-65G37 KL 3 is a Grade 2 key-in-lever cylindrical lock built to ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 standards. Designed for standard-duty commercial and institutional doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick, this universal-hand lock delivers reliable security and durability for offices, schools, and light-traffic facilities.
This lock fits doors prepped to ANSI A115.2 (161) specifications with a 4-1/2" minimum stile and accommodates a 2-3/4" backset (2-3/8" optional). Includes brass latch, steel zinc-dichromate housing, wrought brass and stainless steel front, and choice of strike options.
