Description
The Sargent 6500 Series 28-65U15 KP is a Grade 2 key-in-lever lock built for standard-duty commercial and institutional doors. It exceeds ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 requirements and suits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick, making it ideal for offices, schools, and light-traffic facilities that need reliable keyed access control.
This lock accommodates a 2-3/4" standard backset (2-3/8" optional) and features universal hand installation on ANSI A115.2 prepared doors with minimum 4-1/2" stiles.
