The Sargent 6500 is a standard-duty key-in-lever cylindrical lock built to ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 specifications. Ideal for commercial and institutional doors, this universal-hand lock fits 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick doors and solves the need for reliable, code-compliant access control with durable brass and stainless steel construction.
Compatible with ANSI A115.2 (161) modified bored-hole prep, the 6500 ships with two nickel silver keys and a 6-pin LA keyway cylinder. Strike options include 600 curved lip, 808 ANSI curved lip, and 505 full lip styles in brass or stainless.
