Description
The Sargent 2870 is a key-in-lever lock built for standard-duty commercial use in public buildings, medical offices, hotels, and government facilities. It exceeds ANSI/BHMA A156.2 durability standards and is ideal for interior and exterior doors requiring reliable access control and security.
This lock fits 1-3/4" thick doors with a 2-3/4" backset (alternate sizes available). It features a brass latch, steel cylindrical housing, and comes keyed with two nickel silver keys.
