The Sargent 2870 is a key-in-lever lock built for standard-duty commercial use in offices, hotels, medical facilities, and government buildings. It exceeds ANSI/BHMA A156.2 durability standards and suits interior and exterior doors from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick, making it ideal for facilities requiring reliable, everyday access control.
Available in multiple finishes, backsets, and lever designs (handed and non-handed options), the 2870 accepts master keying and grand master keying for multi-building key systems.
