The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike engineered for extreme abuse environments where standard strikes fail. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, this UL 10C and UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed device delivers 1,500 lbs static strength and 500,000-cycle endurance, ideal for high-security institutional and industrial applications.
This fail-secure strike fits standard door frames with integrated shim adjustment (1/2 inch to 3/4 inch) and in-frame horizontal adjustability. Compatible with ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 hardware and NFPA-252 fire doors.
