The Folger Adam 310-4S 24D is a 3-hour UL 10C fire-rated electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty and high-abuse applications. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, this Grade 1 industrial strike delivers 1,500 lbs static strength and 70 ft-lbs dynamic strength, ideal for secure entry doors in commercial and institutional facilities requiring fire safety certification.
This fail-secure strike fits standard hollow metal frames with integrated shimming (1/2" to 3/4") and in-frame horizontal adjustability for quick installation.
