Description
The LCN 4040SEH is a heavy-duty, non-handed door closer and electromagnetic hold-open device for interior fire and smoke barrier doors up to 4 feet wide. It holds doors open via 24V power until current interruption triggers automatic closing, meeting life safety codes for commercial buildings, hospitals, and multi-family properties.
This closer installs on either push or pull side and works on right or left-hand doors without modification. It includes a standard track arm, SE track, cover, and hardware pack; SEL tracks are optional.
