Description
The LCN 4040SEH is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer with electric hold-open functionality, designed for fire and smoke barrier doors in commercial buildings. It holds doors open via 24V solenoid control, releasing instantly when power interrupts to meet code requirements. Non-handed design works on either push or pull side of interior doors up to 4 feet wide.
This closer combines a full rack-and-pinion closer with adjustable hold-open force and field-replaceable switch board assembly.
