Description
The LCN 4040SEH is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer with electronic hold-open functionality, ideal for fire and smoke barrier doors in commercial buildings. It holds doors open via 24V solenoid until current interruption triggers closure, solving the need for hands-free egress control on interior doors up to 4 feet wide.
This non-handed, non-sized closer mounts on either side of push or pull doors and features a single-lever track arm with adjustable hold-open force. Compatible with standard or optional SEL tracks, it functions as a full rack-and-pinion closer when hold-open is disengaged.
