The LCN 4040XP-3049/PA is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for institutional and high-traffic environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, the strongest pinion at 3/4" journal diameter, and a V-shield seal with 20% longer life. This non-handed closer delivers reliable performance in demanding applications where durability matters most.
Mount on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm configuration for right or left swinging doors. Adjustable for interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0".
