The LCN 4040XP-3077 is a heavy-duty door closer arm built for institutional and high-traffic commercial environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a 3/4" journal pinion, and a reinforced V-shield seal designed to outlast standard closers by 20%. Non-handed operation supports both left and right swinging doors with ADA compliance.
This closer mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm configuration and adjusts for interior doors to 5 feet and exterior doors to 4 feet. UL and cUL listed under ANSI A156.4 grade one, it's compatible with all 4040 accessories and available with powder coat, plated, or corrosion-resistant SRI primer finishes.
