The LCN 4040XP-3077 is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for institutional and high-traffic environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, the strongest pinion ever at 3/4" journal diameter, and a V-shield seal with 20% longer life. Built from cast iron, forged steel, and double heat-treated steel, it delivers eXtra Protection (XP) in demanding real-world applications.
This non-handed closer mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm and fits interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0".
