The LCN 4040XP-3077CNS is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for institutional and high-traffic environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a 3/4" journal diameter pinion, and a V-Shield seal with 20% extended life. This non-handed closer handles interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", making it ideal for facilities demanding maximum durability and reliability.
Mount on hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket on either swinging direction. The 4040XP is UL and cUL listed to ANSI A156.4 Grade One and works with all 4040 accessories.
