It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, the strongest pinion ever at 3/4" journal diameter, and an advanced V-shield seal with 20% longer life. Built with cast iron, forged steel, and double heat-treated steel components, this closer delivers reliable performance in all weather conditions.
The non-handed 4040XP mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm positions for doors up to 5'0" interior and 4'0" exterior.
