The LCN 4040XP-CUSH is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for institutional and high-traffic facilities. It solves premature wear and failure common in demanding environments by featuring a 44% increased bearing load capacity, the strongest pinion ever at 3/4" journal diameter, and a V-shield seal rated 20% longer lasting than standard closers.
This right-hand model fits interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", and mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket on either swing.
