The LCN 4040XP-HEDA is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for high-traffic institutional and commercial applications. With 44% increased bearing load capacity, a reinforced 3/4" pinion journal, and an advanced V-shield seal, it delivers superior durability and longevity in demanding environments where reliability is critical.
This right-hand closer mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm bracket and suits interior doors to 5 feet and exterior doors to 4 feet. It is UL and cUL listed, ANSI A156.4 Grade One certified, and ADA-compliant.
