Description
The Adams Rite 4530 is a standard-duty mortise deadlatch designed for commercial buildings requiring flexible traffic control. Perfect for hospitals, banks, and retail stores, it allows two-way traffic during business hours and exit-only operation at other times. A reverse key turn holds the bolt retracted for free-swinging door operation.
The 4530 fits existing MS1850 and discontinued 4250 cutouts without modification and accepts any standard mortise cylinder with MS cam. Available in three backsets: 7/8", 31/32", and 1-1/8".
