Description
The Adams Rite 4530 is a standard duty mortise deadlatch designed for buildings requiring flexible traffic control. Hospitals, banks, stores, and other facilities use it to enable free entrance during business hours and exit-only access at other times. The reverse-turn bolt holdback feature keeps the latchbolt retracted for two-way traffic without removing the cylinder.
Available in three cylinder backsets (7/8", 31/32", 1-1/8") and compatible with any standard mortise cylinder featuring an MS cam. Handing is reversible without special tools. Each lock ships with a 4901-01 strike for flat jambs and mounting hardware.
