Description
The Adams Rite 4530 is a standard-duty mortise deadlatch designed for commercial doors requiring flexible traffic control. Perfect for hospitals, banks, and retail environments, it allows two-way traffic during business hours and exit-only control afterward. The spring-loaded latchbolt retracts via key or handle, and reverse-turn keying holds the bolt retracted for free-swinging operation.
The 4530 fits existing MS1850 and 4250 cutouts without alteration, and accepts any standard mortise cylinder with MS cam. Available in three cylinder backsets: 7/8", 31/32", and 1-1/8".
