Description
The Adams Rite 4530 is a standard duty mortise deadlatch designed for flexible traffic control in hospitals, banks, stores, and other commercial buildings. It allows two-way traffic during business hours and exit-only operation at other times by using reverse key turns to retract and hold the spring-loaded latchbolt in place.
The 4530 fits existing MS1850 and 4250 cutouts without alteration and accepts any standard mortise cylinder with MS cam. Installation is straightforward with included strike 4901-01 for flat jambs and mounting hardware. Contact an authorized E.D.
