Description
The Adams Rite 4530 is a standard duty mortise deadlatch designed for flexible traffic control in hospitals, banks, stores, and other commercial buildings. It allows two-way traffic during business hours and exit-only operation at other times by using a reverse key turn to hold the bolt retracted, solving access management challenges for high-traffic facilities.
The 4530 fits existing MS1850 and 4250 cutouts without modification and accepts any standard mortise cylinder with MS cam. Available in three backsets (7/8", 31/32", 1-1/8"), it ships with strike 4901-01 and mounting hardware.
