Description
The Adams Rite 4900 Series Mortise Deadlatch provides flexible traffic control for commercial and institutional doors. This deadlatch allows reverse-key operation to hold the bolt retracted, enabling free entrance at certain times and exit-only at others. It features a solid brass latch bolt with stainless steel auxiliary pin to prevent loiding, and a steel case with corrosion-resistant plating.
The 4900 is interchangeable with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolts of the same backset and retrofits existing 4500/4700 preparations without stile modification. Available in three cylinder backsets (31/32", 1-1/8", 1-1/2") and supplied with both flat and radius faceplates. Contact an authorized E.D.
