The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar engineered for commercial facilities demanding maximum security and durability. Ideal for wood or metal doors 1-3/4" thick, this Grade 1 device features single-point latching, quiet operation, and modular construction that minimizes maintenance while meeting ANSI/BHMA and UL Fire/Panic standards.
Compatible with E-rail doors 24-32" wide; order as 31-prefix for thicker applications. Optional delayed egress, alarm, and electric latch retraction functions are available for specialized needs.
