The Adams Rite 8312A-7148B is a mortise exit device designed for hollow metal and wood doors up to 8 feet tall. Built for right-hand reverse (RHR) applications, this 48-inch pushbar device features battery-operated alarm functionality and extruded aluminum construction. Ideal for commercial facilities requiring ADA-compliant emergency egress with integrated security monitoring.
This non-handed device fits standard 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" door thickness and adjusts from 30" to 44" bar height. Compatible with standard rim cylinders and optional mortise cylinders (sold separately).
